Spending Christmas at this hotel was a delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming which made our stay even more pleasant. We loved that the hotel had an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant offering a variety of delicious foods. the location was perfect, with many nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants to explore.
Although the staff were friendly, service could have been better in some areas. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been improved and we experienced issues with the hot water.

This hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore the fishing net area, the shore, and the bus terminus, all within walking distance. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a cafe in the lobby that served delicious food at reasonable prices. The breakfast menu had a variety of options and the restaurant staff was efficient and friendly. The staff was always willing to help with transportation and parking, making my stay hassle-free. Moreover, the hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The room I stayed in was quite spacious, and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was generally good, and they offered fresh fruit and juices. the location of the hotel is great, close to popular tourist spots and easily accessible from the airport. it was a convenient choice for my business trip.
the cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par, and the towels and linens felt old and worn out.

The location is great as it's very near the fishing net area and within walking distance of the shore. Plus, it's close to most places to visit in Fort Cochin.
The noise from nearby places can be disturbing during the night.

Large room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, excellent Wifi. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Amazing restaurant food. Courteous and helpful reception staff. Great location. Good cafe and coffee shop. Organized airport shuttles and taxis.
